As a creator, it happens to have moments of blur, of confusion. Baptiste Desjardin feels helpless without a paper.
This is what happened during his artist residency at the Swatch Art Peace Hotel in Shanghai in 2018. Baptiste only had a piece of cardboard paper, with a circle in the center. He didn't even know what to do with it given its strong Kitch aesthetic.
Bounded by its shape, lost in this circle, Baptiste ended up going in circles to finally offer you this series. It’s his turn to invite you to lose yourself in this circle...
